As soon as you walk into Sunnymere, you’ll see how ‘charming’ we are. Built in 1939, our building has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and antique furnishings, as well as a covered veranda and screened-in porches.
Located on seven acres of land and overlooking the Phillips Park Golf Course, you’ll see that every room has a scenic view.

Residents of Sunnymere are provided with three meals a day, housekeeping five days a week (we do their laundry), the companionship of friends and neighbors, and the opportunity to participate in social, recreational, and educational activities.
Our Executive Director is an RN, and our competent and caring staff is available 24/7 to provide residents with the support and personal assistance they need. For those needing more help, we Supervise Daily Living with personalized care, security, and social activities.
As a non-profit, our low monthly fees are among the most affordable in the area, enabling residents to save thousands of dollars a year. There is no lease or ‘buy-in’ or ‘Community Fee’ at Sunnymere.
Rates are determined as to whether the resident is in Independent or Supervised Care, one room or a 2-room suite, and a single or a couple.
